A bit about me
I’m Christian Lincoln, and I’ve been working on houses my entire life. Growing up in New England, I was surrounded by old homes — the kind with character, history, and a hundred things that can go wrong if you don’t know what you’re looking at. That hands-on education led to 30 years as a licensed contractor spanning residential construction, commercial builds, and everything in between.
When I moved to Los Angeles, I found a city full of homes with those same stories — and buyers who deserved someone who could read them honestly. Honestly, I’m just genuinely curious about every home I walk into — I love finding what makes it tick, what its quirks are, and what actually needs attention versus what just looks scary. That curiosity is what drives me to give you a clear picture, not a panic-inducing list.
